Refund & Cancellation Policy

Every ToolPDFs Pro purchase on the web comes with a 14 day money back guarantee, no questions asked. This page covers ToolPDFs Pro bought on the web through Dodo Payments and in-app purchases in the iOS app billed by Apple.
1. 14 day money back guarantee
Any Pro purchase can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase, for any reason. This applies equally to Monthly, Annual, and Lifetime. You do not need to explain why. After 14 days, refunds are no longer offered for the current period, but cancellation always stops future billing.
2. How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by Dodo Payments, the Merchant of Record on your card statement. Reply to your Dodo Payments receipt email, or write to hello@divvsaxena.com with your order id, and the refund goes back to your original payment method. How fast it lands is set by your bank, typically within 5 to 10 business days.
3. Billing errors and duplicate charges
Genuine billing mistakes are always corrected, inside or outside the 14 day window: duplicate charges, a charge after a confirmed cancellation, or a purchase that was never delivered. Email hello@divvsaxena.com with the Dodo Payments receipt or order id and it will be fixed promptly through Dodo.
4. Cancelling a web subscription
Cancelling genuinely stops future billing. Use the subscription management link in your Dodo Payments receipt email, or email hello@divvsaxena.com and we will cancel it for you and confirm in writing. After cancellation you keep Pro access until the end of the period you already paid for. If you cancel within 14 days of purchase, you can also request a full refund of that purchase under the guarantee above.
5. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy reduces rights you hold under consumer law. For consumers in the EU and UK, the statutory 14 day right of withdrawal operates alongside this guarantee, which is intended to be at least as generous.
6. Apple in-app purchases (iOS app)
Purchases made inside Invoice Generator: PDF Bills are billed by Apple, and refund decisions for those purchases are made solely by Apple under its own policy. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. Cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings: tap your name, then Subscriptions, then the app, then Cancel Subscription.
7. Chargebacks
If something looks wrong on your statement, please email us before opening a card dispute. Refunds inside the guarantee window and billing errors are fixed quickly and without friction.
